GEM Pilates Studio Policies
Welcome to GEM Pilates—a quiet sanctuary for movement and breath. This home-based studio in OKC is designed to offer mindful, personal sessions in a space that feels both calming and artful. Please review the following policies before your visit.
Animals in the Studio
GEM Pilates shares space with cats and dogs. While they won’t join sessions, they may occasionally be seen or heard. The studio is cleaned between clients, but if you have allergies, please let me know when booking. If you have pet allergies or sensitivities, please inform Jennifer when booking. You accept the risk of entering a shared environment that may contain dander or pet hair.
Environment
All equipment is sanitized between sessions.
Please bring grip socks and a water bottle.
Light incense or essential oils may be used—let me know if you’re sensitive to scent.
Bookings and Cancellations
Book at least 12 hours in advance
Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours notice
Late cancellations (under 24 hrs): 50% fee
No-shows: full charge
Arrival
Please arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened or forfeited after 10 minutes.
Payment
All bookings are prepaid via Venmo, PayPal, or credit/debit card. No cash is accepted.
Waiver
First-time clients must complete a digital waiver before class. The link is emailed upon booking. Need help signing or accessing it? Just reach out.
